The Parts Warehouse Person plays a pivotal role in our operations by preparing and fulfilling warehouse orders on schedule. Responsibilities include processing supply orders, pulling materials, organizing orders in the delivery area, preparing invoices for parts orders, and collaborating with drivers to coordinate efficient routes based on filled orders. You will maintain high‑quality standards for audits through meticulous inventory controls, perform physical counts, reconcile stock counts with computer‑generated reports, and manage receiving, unpacking, delivering, and restocking goods.

You will also process returns, monitor inventory levels, process purchasing orders, perform routine housekeeping tasks, and uphold a safe and clean work environment.

• Process and fulfill warehouse orders according to schedule
• Pull and place materials and parts in the delivery area
• Prepare invoices for parts orders
• Interact with drivers and organize routes based on filled orders
• Process all invoices received from drivers
• Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile with reports
• Receive, unpack, deliver goods, and restock items
• Document returns following established procedures
• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels
• Process purchasing orders as required
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean area
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by organizing shelves and workstations
• Maintain a clean shipping supply area
• Comply with procedures, rules, and regulations

• Lift up to 50 pounds at times
• Pass post‑offer drug test and physical exam

• $15–$17 per hour depending on experience and skills
