Dealerware is on the lookout for an experienced Corporate Controller to enhance its accounting function. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in GAAP and ASC regulations. By mentoring the accounting team and overseeing the monthly close process, you will help propel the company's growth trajectory towards $100M+. Collaborating closely with the CFO will be crucial to achieving financial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing

• Oversee external audits and lead compliance with GAAP

• Develop and nurture the accounting staff

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

• Strengthen internal controls and ERP strategies

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years as a Controller

• CPA certification is essential

• Proven track record of leading GAAP audits in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in ASC 606, R&D capitalization, and Net Suite management

• Experience handling multi-entity financial operations
