Kingston Destination Group is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join the Accounting Manager in supporting accounts payable, HR maintenance and assorted accounting tasks. This part-time seasonal role runs April to October with an end date of December 15 and potential winter/spring 2027 re-hire.
Responsibilities include invoice processing, data entry into accounting/HRM systems, payroll processing support, float reconciliation, and regular reporting to the sales team.
