This full-time Controller position directly reports to the General Manager and demands a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Business Administration. With at least five years of progressive experience, you’ll enhance the financial operations of our manufacturing facility. Strong manufacturing accounting knowledge is crucial, alongside experience in ERP systems, specifically Epicor Kinetic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting processes

• Ensure accurate payroll processing for hourly employees

• Analyze financial data and recommend operational improvements

• Maintain the chart of accounts for accurate financial records

• Manage government reporting and tax filings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration

• Minimum 5 years in Accounting or Finance

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
