SCOPEThe objective of this contract is to provide payrolling and administrative support services to the Client.
The Financial Services Assistant will assist in the processing, verification, and administration of claims, in accordance with the Financial Administration Act (FAA), and client financial policies.
Responsibilities- Task 1:
Initiate, process, verify, and finalize electronic and manual claims, ensuring all required supporting documentation is complete and accurate. - Task 2:
Process travel, relocation, and other employee claims using approved systems, including electronic claims platforms and Claims X, in accordance with applicable policies. - Task 3:
Administer cost comparisons and provide financial findings to support CAC TC operations. - Task 4:
Respond to routine enquiries from managers, staff, and suppliers, and provide information on financial procedures, transaction status, and documentation requirements. - Task 5:
Process travel‑related arrangements, including flight bookings, using approved travel management systems such as AMEX GBT/NEO when required. - Task 6:
Ensure proper information management practices are followed, including the safeguarding, filing, and retention of financial and administrative records in accordance with security and privacy requirements. - Task 7:
Attend mandatory training, professional development activities, and system‑specific training related to financial administration duties. - Task 8:
Perform other related payrolling and administrative duties as assigned in support of CAC TC operations.

The Offeror must certify, in the space provided below, that the proposed resources can communicate in English both orally and in writing without assistance. - M2 Security

All security requirements as outlined in the Security Requirements Checklist (SRCL) shall be met at the time of Contract award. - M3 Experience
:
