Job Summary  138 Student Living operates modern student and short-term accommodations at the UWI Mona campus. We’re looking for a Residence Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day residence operations, resident services, and facilities coordination—helping deliver a safe, comfortable, and well-managed living community.

Key Responsibilities  Coordinate front-desk/resident service activities: inquiries, issue tracking, and follow-ups
Support residence life operations (move-in/move-out coordination, room readiness, resident communication)
Log and triage maintenance requests; follow up with vendors/maintenance until resolved
Assist with occupancy reporting, incident documentation, and basic admin tasks
Help uphold safety, security, and community standards across the halls
Qualifications  1–3 years in housing, hospitality, facilities coordination, or customer service operations
Organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with tracking tasks and escalations
Proficient with basic office tools (email, spreadsheets)
Able to work occasional evenings/weekends as needed
