This position requires a proactive approach to staffing and scheduling, ensuring alignment with the organization’s operational needs. You will manage incoming staffing requests, update scheduling software, and maintain accurate employee records. Strong multitasking skills will be essential to navigate this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assign employees and manage shift requirements
• Update scheduling changes promptly in the system
• Process staffing requests from department heads
• Maintain accurate staffing statistics and reports
• Actively support staff and scheduling queries
Requirements:
• Completion of Office Administration Certificate or similar
• At least two years of clerical work experience
• Scheduling experience within five years
• Proficient in Windows software
• Demonstrated communication and organizational skills
