Transportation Administrative Support Coordinator

In this key role, you will provide essential administrative support to our Transportation division. Responsibilities include coordinating proposals, preparing project schedules, and assisting Division Managers with financial tracking. You will ensure that the office operates efficiently while maintaining vital administrative functions and facilitating onboarding for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing and coordinating project proposals
• Prepare schedules using Microsoft Project
• Aid Division Managers with invoicing and financial metrics
• Update corporate documents and resumes regularly
• Create and maintain organized project files
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in office administration
• A minimum of 1 year relevant experience
• High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong customer service and detail-oriented work approach
