Join our Material Recovery Facility in Napanee, ON as an Operations Specialist. This on-site position focuses on administrative support for operational activities, from data management to reporting.

The Operations Specialist role involves providing administrative assistance to managers while supporting daily tasks at our Material Recovery Facility. You will be involved in ticket processing, maintaining department communications, and helping with project implementation. This rotational shift role facilitates connecting multiple departments effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve operational and service issues

• Create and manage daily customer tickets

• Maintain communication and information flow within the department

• Complete reports as instructed by management

• Collect and report data necessary for compensation

Requirements:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required

• Prior work experience is not mandatory

• Detail-oriented approach to operational tasks

• Excellent communication capabilities

• Flexibility to work in both office and operational settings
