Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and respond to inquiries promptly

• Communicate important patient updates effectively

• Retrieve and process patient charts for transitions

• Maintain accurate electronic medical records

• Support with documentation and meeting coordination

Requirements:

• OSSD with office procedure training preferred

• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute

• Strong initiative and organizational abilities

• Knowledge of hospital policies and Mental Health Act

• Required Police Records Check for vulnerable sector
