Become an essential part of the Homestead Land Holdings team as a Construction Administrative Assistant. This role emphasizes diversified administrative support and efficient management of confidential tasks in a thriving office.
As a key member of our Construction Department, you will be responsible for various administrative functions, including document preparation, accounts payable, and payroll. The position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to manage several tasks concurrently, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to team cohesion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the construction team
• Prepare sensitive documents and reports as needed
• Manage payroll files and accounts payable responsibilities
• Assist with onboarding for new employees
• Carry out special projects as assigned
Requirements:
• Preferred post-secondary education in administration or business
• Previous construction industry experience is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
