Exciting temporary part-time Staffing Clerk position available at Ongwanada Resource Centre starting July 2026. Leverage your expertise in scheduling software to optimize staffing operations.
In this role, you will support staff management and scheduling under the direction of the Human Resources Manager. You'll be tasked with coordinating daily staffing needs and maintaining accurate, confidential staff records. Proficiency in business software and the ability to communicate effectively are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain confidentiality of staff records and skills
• Prepare call-in sheets for shifts accurately
• Accept requests for staff replacements promptly
• Call staff to fill shifts following scheduling protocols
• Input and update staff data in the system
Requirements:
• Strong business computer software skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality under pressure
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Background in staff scheduling, preferably unionized environments
• Flexibility to work weekends and non-traditional hours
