DISA Global Solutions is seeking a Data Entry Specialist focused on transportation compliance. Accurately prepare electronic manifests and engage with clients as part of a crucial team.

In this Transportation Representative role, you will handle manifest submission to CBP and CBSA, ensuring compliance and timely communication. A minimum of one year of experience in a relevant office environment is required. Strong organizational skills and flexibility are vital, as shifts may include evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Submit electronic manifests to U.S. Customs and CBSA

• Track ACE/ACI activity, resolving any issues

• Communicate effectively with clients and brokers

• Maintain accurate trip and fuel records entry

• Perform drug and alcohol collections as required

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Canadian Adult Education Credential

• At least 1 year of customer service or data entry experience

• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word

• Strong communication and multitasking abilities

• Ability to gain DOT certifications within 3 months
