Position:
Construction Administrative Assistant

35 hours per week
Compensation Range: $54,
Role & Responsibilities
Provide diversified administrative support to our Construction Department in a fast‑paced office environment
Handle highly sensitive and confidential information
Preparation of various letters, reports, spreadsheets, contracts, and meeting minutes
Accounts Payable
Preparing bi‑weekly payroll file
Assist in onboarding of new team members
Responsible for a variety of general office duties
Carry out special projects
Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
Post‑secondary education in an administrative or business‑related discipline is preferred
Previous experience in the construction industry is an asset
High level of technical competence using computers, including Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Autodesk, Yardi and internet usage
Excellent keyboarding skills
Strong work ethic
Professional articulate manner
High level of attention to detail, accuracy and follow‑up
Efficient time manager with the ability to multi‑task, prioritize and meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
