Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings effectively
• Prepare data for reporting and manage correspondence
• Maintain electronic and paper filing systems accurately
• Develop meeting agendas and take minutes
• Monitor and manage employee attendance and vacation schedules
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of administrative experience, ideally in healthcare
• Certificate in Office Administration or College Diploma in Business
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Office 365
• Bilingual English/French skills are an asset
• Strong understanding of confidentiality and privacy principles
