Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and coordinate schedules and appointments efficiently
• Prepare agendas and record meeting minutes as required
• Support administrative projects and manage travel arrangements
• Ensure filing systems are organized and up-to-date
• Handle correspondence and prioritize related tasks
Requirements:
• Certificate in Office Administration or equivalent diploma
• 1–2 years of administrative experience, ideally in healthcare
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and report generation
• Bilingual English/French skills an asset
