A full range of state‑of‑the‑art machinery is offered, including excavators, loaders, tracked dozers, graders and much more, to suit all construction project management needs.

Terapro construction is looking for a warranty administrator for its branches located in Quebec and Ontario.

from $55,000 to $65,000 and commissions

• Maintain a good understanding of the warranty and the supplier’s commercial terms (invoices, compliance with defined conditions...);
• Ensure the review and follow‑up of accessory warranty requests and then authorize credits;
• Identify and report quality issues and complaints;
• Submit claims to suppliers in accordance with warranty policies and procedures;
• Control warranty costs by checking claims;
• Manage billing on a daily basis;
• Resolve outstanding warranty claims.

• Experience in a similar position (automobile, truck, equipment, machinery);
• High school diploma (preferred) or specialty training;
• Mechanical knowledge;
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Problem‑solving and analytical skills;
• Knowledge of warranty regulations and company/manufacturer policies;
• Proficiency with warranty management software (often required);
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks;
• French and English bilingualism to serve our branches in Quebec and Ontario.
