Join Homestead Land Holdings Limited as an Operations Administrator in Kingston, ON. This role requires high accuracy and independent functioning in administrative support for the In House Maintenance Division.
In this position, you will report to the VP, Procurement & In House Maintenance, assisting in developing best practices. Key tasks include managing sensitive information, organizing meetings, preparing documentation, and undertaking special projects. A strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail will drive your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer comprehensive administrative support to In House Maintenance
• Ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Create letters, reports, and presentations as needed
• Schedule meetings and manage travel effectively
• Coordinate special projects and general office duties
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related discipline required
• Excellent keyboarding and communication skills
• Strong detail orientation and accuracy in work
• High technical competence in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Support the Homestead team by delivering high-quality administrative work within a collaborative environment.
