This position under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Bhavin Shastri and Dr. Nir Rotenberg encompasses program administration, research governance, and financial oversight. Responsibilities include organizing events, maintaining records, and supporting trainee coordination. You will also work closely with committees and help strengthen partnerships across academia and industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily program administrative functions
• Maintain tracking systems for projects and trainees
• Organize workshops, seminars, and conferences
• Support mentorship and internship opportunities
• Communicate with local and international partners
Requirements:
• Experience in program and lab coordination
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with budget management and reporting
• Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Attention to detail in record-keeping and documentation
Support Quantum Nanophotonics initiatives and contribute to team growth at Queen’s University.
