Acera Insurance invites you to take on a full-time, contract Associate role within their Administration team. The successful candidate will engage with clients both internal and external while executing essential tasks such as answering calls, booking meeting spaces, and processing clients' payments. This role fosters a deep understanding of the insurance business and its various processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inquiries via telephone, in-person, or electronically
• Schedule meetings and manage boardroom bookings
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail processing
• Photocopy, organize, and collate documents accurately
• Keep track of office supplies and coordinate maintenance
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of receptionist and administrative experience
• Business administration certification is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office equipment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and detail orientation
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
