Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Learning Services staff with daily administrative duties

• Handle sensitive information with discretion and accuracy

• Facilitate effective communication among different departments

• Use in-house software systems to streamline operations

• Pay close attention to detail and meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Completion of high school with Office Administration training

• At least two years’ experience in office administration

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literacy

• Understanding of the Education Act and Board procedures

• Capable of independent work and sound decision-making
