As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide clerical support to the Attendant Care Outreach Program and Adult Day Programs. A two-year diploma in Office Administration or Business, along with at least two years of related experience, is essential. Strong computer skills, especially in Office Suite applications, will set you apart in this engaging role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct clerical tasks like filing, shredding, and photocopying
• Maintain accurate data management systems and reports
• Assist with payroll information for programs
• Provide administrative support during meetings
• Handle petty cash in partnership with Office Coordinator
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in Office Administration or similar
• Two years’ of relevant office experience
• Preferred experience in accounts receivable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute
