Position: Staff Scheduling Clerk at Providence Care
Join Providence Care Hospital as a Staff Scheduling Clerk in a temporary part-time role. Support staff scheduling, collaborate with team members, and ensure smooth operations across all locations.

As part of a dynamic team, the Staff Scheduling Clerk reports to the Manager, Staff Scheduling. You'll work collaboratively with Program Managers and Staffing Leads to monitor vacancies and maintain baseline staffing levels. This role is essential in preparing staff schedules for various leaves and events, ensuring adherence to established practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor staffing vacancies and ensure compliance with baselines

• Support automated shift calling and staff onboarding

• Prepare and post schedules for known vacancies

• Liaise with management regarding staffing concerns

• Provide schedules for internal review meeting deadlines

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma in Business or Office Administration

• 1 year clerical experience, preferably in scheduling

• 6 months staffing experience in dynamic environments

• Unionized healthcare scheduling experience preferred

• Equivalent education and experience considered
