As a Lead Project Manager, you will utilize your significant experience in powerline construction management s role focuses on estimating projects, coordinating operations, and leading subcontractor negotiations. You will advocate for safety and quality while collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate project meetings and communication with stakeholders
• Execute project plans while enforcing safety standards
• Handle subcontractor selection and negotiation initiatives
• Develop schedules and track project progress consistently
• Maintain oversight of project finances and reports
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years in construction management
• At least 3 years estimating construction projects
• Direct managerial or supervisory experience required
• In-depth knowledge of construction documentation
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
