In this full-time role, you will take charge of daily operations for complex utility construction projects. You bring 15 years of expertise in powerline construction, combined with over 5 years in a supervisory position. Your duties will include leading teams, updating schedules, and ensuring project quality and safety compliance across all phases of development. You will also collaborate with estimating teams and participate in procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily field operations for powerline construction

• Develop and enforce Project Quality Plans

• Lead incident investigations and safety program improvements

• Ensure adherence to construction schedules and project milestones

• Mentor and guide project superintendents and staff

Requirements:

• 15+ years of powerline construction experience

• Over 5 years in a superintendent role

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• Expertise in construction practices and contract management

• Clean driver's record and successful completion of pre-employment screenings
