Take charge of powerline construction projects as a Senior Superintendent rsee planning, execution, and compliance to elevate project quality and safety.
As a Senior Superintendent, you will lead the field operations for significant utility construction endeavors, drawing from your extensive experience in powerline projects. You’ll ensure that all activities align with high quality standards and effective resource utilization. By developing project plans and mentoring team members, you will directly impact construction performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure project conformance to established building codes
• Spearhead the development of Project Quality Plans
• Conduct scheduling reviews and updates for complex projects
• Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site staff
• Assist in supplier selection and contract negotiations
Requirements:
• 15 years powerline construction experience; 5 years as superintendent
• Post-secondary education in Engineering or Construction
• Comprehensive knowledge of utilities construction practices
• Ability to lead teams and manage complex schedules
• Clean driver’s record and successful pre-employment testing
