Clear Results is a strategic advisory and recruiting firm that is partnering with high-performing home service companies to build world-class teams. We are currently hiring on behalf of this client.

Company Overview

At Holleford Homes, we build high-end custom homes with a commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and client experience. Every successful project depends on a team that takes pride in doing great work, supporting one another, and maintaining the highest standards on every site.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Construction Labourer & Delivery Driver to play a critical role in keeping our projects moving efficiently -- ensuring crews have the materials, support, and site readiness needed to deliver exceptional homes.

The Opportunity

This is more than a labour role. It is an opportunity for someone with residential construction experience to become an essential part of a growing custom home builder where reliability, initiative, and strong execution are valued.

If you enjoy staying active, solving problems, supporting skilled trades, and taking pride in keeping projects organized and on schedule, this role offers meaningful work with visible impact every day.

What You'll Do
  • Safely load, transport, and deliver construction materials, tools, and supplies to multiple active job sites to keep projects running on schedule.
  • Coordinate supplier pickups and deliveries, helping ensure crews have the right materials when they need them.
  • Complete material takeoffs and assist with procurement planning to support efficient project execution.
  • Perform physically demanding site work, including lifting, moving materials, site preparation, debris removal, and maintaining organized work spaces.
  • Support skilled trades including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other site professionals as directed by project managers and site leads.
  • Help maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites while following all safety standards and required protective procedures.
What Success Looks Like

In your first 6-12 months, success in this role means:

  • Materials and deliveries consistently arrive on time and where needed to support uninterrupted workflow.
  • Job sites remain clean, organized, and ready for productive work across all stages of construction.
  • Project managers and site leads consistently recognize your reliability, professionalism, teamwork, and work ethic.
  • You adapt quickly to changing priorities and confidently support multiple active projects with minimal supervision.
  • You contribute to projects being completed efficiently, safely, and to Holleford Homes' quality standards.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing quality work, shows up ready to contribute, and works well in a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of residential construction experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
  • Strong understanding of residential construction materials, sequencing, and job site operations.
  • Familiarity with basic hand and power tools used in residential construction.
  • Ability to repeatedly lift and carry heavy materials throughout the workday.
  • WHMIS, First Aid, and Fall Protection certifications, or willingness to obtain them.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional attitude when interacting with teammates, suppliers, trades, and clients.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $25/hour
  • Performance Bonus tied to project delivery, team performance, and client satisfaction
  • Extended health and dental benefits
  • $2,000 annual RRSP matching program (available after 2 years of employment)
  • $500 annual wellness credit (available after 2 years of employment)
  • Opportunity to join a collaborative, tight-knit team focused on quality craftsmanship and professional growth
Work Location / Schedule
  • Full-time, permanent position
  • On-site role supporting active residential construction sites in Kingston and surrounding area
  • Schedule details to be discussed during the interview process
How to Apply

If you are dependable, hardworking, and take pride in supporting quality construction projects, we encourage you to apply and tell us about your experience in residential construction.
