This opportunity is ideal for a hands‑on Site Superintendent who thrives in the field, leads from the front, and takes ownership of day‑to‑day construction execution. The role emphasizes visible leadership, crew engagement, and quality delivery across active job sites.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a daily on‑site presence to oversee all construction activities
- Lead crews through active participation, supervision, and coordination
- Train, mentor, and develop junior workers and apprentices
- Drive performance through example, accountability, and workmanship standards
- Ensure adherence to site safety, schedule, and quality requirements
- Manage 1 - 3 concurrent projects
, with flexibility during peak periods
- Focus on institutional and commercial construction and renovation (e.g., healthcare, education, public‑sector facilities)
- Success in this environment requires:
- Strong professionalism and communication
- High level of safety discipline and compliance
- Ability to operate in occupied or sensitive environments
- Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (~44 hours/week)
- Occasional weekend work required to meet deadlines when needed
- Structured project setup with clear expectations and documentation provided
