Construction Project Manager at Rutherford

Rutherford Contracting is hiring a Construction Project Manager for their Kingston Division. This role emphasizes leadership in managing ICI building projects from start to finish.

As the Project Manager, you will take the lead in planning, organizing, and controlling all aspects of ongoing construction projects. Engage with clients and subcontractors while preparing budgets and financial reports. Regular communication with the Site Superintendent and conducting site visits will ensure that projects remain compliant and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and lead project start-up meetings

• Develop project budgets using proprietary software

• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers

• Conduct site visits to verify project adherence

• Implement contingency plans for unforeseen issues

Requirements:

• 4 years minimum in ICI construction management

• Relevant degree or technical diploma preferred

• Proven leadership and communication skills

• Strong financial management experience

• Class G Licence mandatory
