We seek a dependable individual with over five years of residential construction experience for this full-time position.
Your role will involve delivering essential materials, helping maintain organized job sites, and actively supporting skilled trades. This is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to high-end custom home projects while ensuring successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Transport construction materials to active job sites on time
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing supplier deliveries
• Assist with material takeoffs for efficient project planning
• Engage in physically demanding work to prepare sites
• Follow safety standards while supporting trades on-site
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in residential construction
• Clean driver’s abstract and valid driver's license
• Understanding of job site operations and materials
• Capability to lift and carry heavy loads
• WHMIS and First Aid certifications preferred
