Excel in a leadership position as an Asphalt Superintendent at Tomlinson in Eastern Ontario. Oversee and enhance crew operations for superior quality and efficiency.

Asphalt Superintendents take charge in coordinating crews, scheduling, and improving operational processes within the paving sector. Collaborate with project and operations managers while actively pursuing client projects to enhance business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and manage asphalt paving and adjustment crews

• Engage clients to drive business opportunities

• Develop and optimize work processes

• Coordinate with Quality Control and material suppliers

• Communicate effectively scheduling needs with partners

Requirements:

• 5+ years as foreman for main line paving crews

• Expertise in Traffic Control Book 7

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiarity with SAP and Hard Dollard
