Job Title: General Labourer - Construction / Site Cleanup
Location: Kingston, ON
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Shift: Day shifts, hours may vary depending on project
Assignment Type: Short-term / project-based work

We are currently hiring General Labourers for short-term, project-based opportunities in the Kingston area. This role is ideal for reliable individuals who are comfortable performing hands-on, labour-intensive work, including construction site cleanup, moving materials, and general job site support.

Workers may be assigned to residential renovation, construction cleanup, demolition support, or similar labour-based projects depending on client needs.

• Assist with general site cleanup and labour duties
• Remove construction debris, rubble, concrete, and other materials as required
• Load materials into dumpsters or designated disposal areas
• Carry, lift, and move materials safely throughout the job site
• Follow instructions from the site supervisor or client contact
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all site safety rules and procedures
• Perform other general labour duties as assigned

• Must be physically capable of lifting, carrying, bending, and working on your feet for the full shift
• Ability to lift heavy weights at times (50lbs +)
• Previous general labour, construction, renovation, demolition, or site cleanup experience is an asset, but not required
• Must be reliable and able to report to the assigned job site on time
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
• Able to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Must have CSA-approved safety boots
• Work gloves may be required depending on the assignment
• Access to reliable transportation or ability to commute to job sites
