Position: Construction Site Superintendent Role
Take charge of construction site operations with ASCO as a Construction Site Superintendent. Ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

We are looking for a Construction Site Superintendent with over five years in ICI construction to lead projects valued between $1 million and $10 million. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills are essential for managing subcontractors and ensuring effective project execution. Your leadership will impact project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations with a focus on safety

• Coordinate trades and manage resource allocation

• Ensure compliance with all safety and design regulations

• Foster positive client and consultant relationships

• Control site daily activities and scheduling

Requirements:

• Five years of experience in ICI construction

• Journeyman trade background preferred

• Solid experience in general contracting

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Eligible for security clearances

Lead construction efforts with ASCO and ensure project quality and safety are paramount.
