Project Manager at BELFOR

As a Project Manager at BELFOR, you will oversee emergency restoration projects, focusing on quality, budgeting, and timelines. You will prepare estimates, communicate with clients and stakeholders, and maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring all aspects of the projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage restoration projects from initiation to completion

• Prepare estimates using Xactimate and other platforms

• Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems

• Coordinate subcontractors, permits, and inspections

• Ensure safety compliance and hazard assessment on job sites

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

• Experience with Xactimate, Encircle, and Docu Sketch

• 3+ years’ experience in Project Management preferred

• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
