Drive success as a Structures Foreman in Kingston ON with Tomlinson Group.

As a Structures Foreman, you will be responsible for ensuring safety and productivity on-site while interacting with clients and consultants. This position requires a solid understanding of construction practices and safety regulations. Lead your crew effectively by setting standards, assigning tasks, and fostering a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote safety culture and oversee crew performance
• Communicate safety regulations and expectations clearly
• Organize workforce and resources based on project plans
• Liaise with supervisors, clients, and inspectors
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality workmanship
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school education
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
• 5+ years of hands-on industry experience
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed
