Volunteer Position
The Arts and Science Undergraduate Review aims to create an annual publication showcasing exceptional academic and creative work by Queens undergraduate students, primarily those of the Arts and Science Faculty.
Applications will close on December 1st, 2025 at 11:59 PM.
Position(s)
Editorial Board Members (1)
- Provide guidance and oversee the publication. Organize the peer-review process, communicate with Copy Editors and Editors-in-Chief, and help shape the publication's content and direction. Candidates must have excellent academic writing skills and uphold high-quality standards.
Marketing Coordinator
- Lead marketing initiatives to promote the Undergraduate Review on campus through social media, digital platforms, and print materials.
Graphic Designer
- Create compelling visual content to support the publication and its marketing efforts.
Copy Editor
- Refine submissions for style, clarity, and consistency. Work with Editors-in-Chief to ensure each piece meets the publication's standards.
Time Commitment
8 month-term from September 2024 to April 30th, 2025 with a time commitment of 3-5 hours/week.
