You'll be the face of Kingston, delivering fascinating narratives while ensuring guest safety. This seasonal position allows flexibility, offering both part-time and full-time opportunities. Your responsibilities will include operating the trolley, conducting inspections, and collaborating with others in a team setting. Additionally, you'll offer guiding services for motor coach tours, ensuring a complete and enjoyable visitor experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Navigate and operate trolleys safely year-round
• Provide captivating tours through engaging narration
• Complete vehicle inspections and maintain accuracy in records
• Foster guest engagement and satisfaction
• Develop storytelling skills to enhance tours
Requirements:
• Valid 'G' license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication skills in English, French is beneficial
• Positive attitude in a guest-focused environment
• Experience in fast-paced customer service roles
• Eagerness to learn about Kingston and its attractions
