Job Title: Service Now CSM Consultant
Location: GTA, Ontario, Canada
Employment Type: Contract / Full-Time

Position Overview

Seeking a Service Now Customer Service Management Consultant to deliver customer-centric solutions and improve customer service operations through automation and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities
  • Configure Customer Service Management applications.
  • Design customer workflows and case management solutions.
  • Implement self-service portals and knowledge management.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Support integrations with CRM and enterprise applications.
