This spring-summer-fall seasonal role features about 15 hours per week, positioned within our Ticket Office and gift store, Waterfront Gifts & Apparel. As part of our Reservations and Retail team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing visitor experiences while addressing inquiries and facilitating transactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize ticketing software for reservations and sales
• Process payments accurately through the POS system
• Anticipate guests' needs to enhance their experience
• Maintain a clean and organized service environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals
Requirements:
• Positive and customer-focused attitude
• Previous experience in retail or tourism preferred
• Strong communication skills in English; other languages a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS software
• Ability to perform demanding physical tasks
