In this role as a Service Desk Associate, you will oversee Customer Order Management (COM) activities from initiation to resolution. Collaborating with various teams, including Kitchen Designers and third-party agents, you will ensure customers receive their products accurately and on time. Your proactive approach in resolving issues will foster strong relationships and enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process orders efficiently from start to finish
• Serve as a liaison among customers, vendors, and project teams
• Identify and resolve customer issues promptly
• Manage order coordination with delivery companies
• Work closely with the Project Support Centre for support
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Customer service experience is an asset
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple orders
• Enthusiastic about learning and growing within the role
Contribute to project success and elevate the customer journey by providing outstanding service at The Home Depot.
