This role focuses on troubleshooting issues across a range of fitness products, ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive communication. You'll be responsible for documenting interactions and identifying product improvement opportunities. Previous experience in customer support and a good understanding of technical products are required for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers for order support and inquiries
• Troubleshoot product issues using diagnostic skills
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions
• Identify recurring issues for internal communication
• Uphold a high standard of customer professionalism
Requirements:
• 1–3+ years in a customer service role
• Experience with mechanical or electronic systems
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
