This role involves supporting resident services, coordinating front-desk inquiries, and managing room readiness for incoming students. You will log maintenance requests and oversee community safety standards, making a direct impact on student living experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front-desk activities and resident inquiries
• Coordinate move-in and move-out schedules
• Track and resolve maintenance service requests
• Assist with reporting occupancy and incidents
• Maintain community safety and security protocols
Requirements:
• 1–3 years in facilities coordination or hospitality
• Organized and comfortable with task management
• Proficient in using email and spreadsheets
• Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends
• Experience in customer service is an asset
