In this specialized role, you will handle all aspects of customer interaction, from quotes to orders. Your expertise will directly support the success of multiple branches, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Working closely with Account Managers, you will address customer concerns and manage product specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support services to all branches of REW

• Professionally manage customer calls and orders

• Process service requests, including pricing and order maintenance

• Collaborate with Account Managers on customer requirements

• Resolve customer issues regarding defective products

Requirements:

• 2-4 years in the electrical sector highly preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to manage a fast-paced workload

• Wire & Cable experience is a plus
