Your responsibilities will include managing daily operations at the front desk, ensuring residents and visitors feel safe and welcomed. You'll handle access control, respond to concerns, and maintain overall cleanliness in common areas. Effective communication is essential as you coordinate with maintenance teams and support move-in/out logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome residents and visitors with a positive attitude
• Manage check-ins, visitor logs, and access controls
• Address concerns and escalate issues appropriately
• Document incidents and follow reporting procedures
• Maintain a safe, clean lobby and common areas
Requirements:
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable and calm in busy situations
• Flexible for evening and weekend shifts
• Basic knowledge of computer applications
• Previous experience in hospitality or similar fields is a plus
