In this role, you will engage in full cycle group benefits administration aimed at achieving customer success outcomes. With responsibilities focusing on timely responses and precise documentation, you will also foster long-term relationships and adapt to the evolving needs of clients and the Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the achievement of customer success outcomes
• Process transactions for group benefits administration
• Recommend solutions based on client needs
• Maintain prompt communication within 24-48 hours
• Document plan member changes accurately
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of related work experience
• Diploma in business or math courses
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and products
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
