Location: Brockville
Become a key part of our customer care team as a Customer Service Representative, primarily managing email inquiries in Ontario, Canada.
Your role will be vital in resolving customer concerns promptly and effectively.
In this position, you will tackle both routine inquiries and complex issues with clarity and professionalism. You are expected to analyze customers' needs and connect them with the right solutions, while collaborating with service or technical teams when necessary. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will directly contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer customer questions and address concerns via email
• Process payments for cash account customers accurately
• Research and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Serve as a liaison between customers and other departments
Requirements:
• High School Degree or Equivalent required
• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills in a diverse environment
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
• Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, and email
