U-Box Customer Care Representative (Non-Commercial)

Be a local delivery driver for U-Box containers and provide friendly, courteous service to customers. This role supports U-Haul’s mission to offer reliable moving solutions while delivering a positive customer experience.

• Operate a flatbed truck (training provided).
• Operate an 8000‑lb propane forklift or a truck‑mounted forklift (training provided).
• Load and unload storage containers for delivery.
• Transport storage containers to and from specified destinations, e.g., customers’ homes and businesses – local routes only.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U‑Haul education through U‑Haul University.

• Clean motor vehicle driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or chemicals. Use of protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields may be required.

The position requires some physical exertion, such as long periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50lbs. (assisted or unassisted).

$24 – $26 per hour.
