Service Staff are essential in fostering communication and support within the Queen's University community. You’ll be responsible for responding to inquiries, providing relevant information, and ensuring the SLC operates smoothly. This position calls for professionals who can exhibit professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and teamwork while embodying the mission of AMS.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend all training to understand departmental protocols
• Actively promote campus services and events
• Share accurate information about available services
• Conduct walkthroughs for facility monitoring
• Set up event spaces as requested
Requirements:
• Strong analytical and execution skills
• Physical capability to handle lifting and moving
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Commitment to creating a respectful space
• Effective communication with team members
