Your role is vital in creating a welcoming environment within our Kingston clinics, facilitating appointment scheduling, and maintaining smooth clinic operations. You will also be essential in managing inquiries and ensuring all clients feel valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service as the first point of contact
• Manage clinician schedules and book client appointments
• Organize and maintain tidy client waiting areas
• Support clinicians with client file management and promotions
• Process payments and track insurance claims efficiently
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
