Route Service Representative

Shape customer relationships as a Route Service Representative with Cintas in Kingston, Ontario. Manage accounts, deliver products, and drive service excellence in a dynamic role.

This full-time position focuses on maintaining and expanding customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will be responsible for delivering uniforms, towels, and cleaning products while ensuring top-notch service standards.

Your role incorporates driving, customer rapport building, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and pick up products along assigned route

• Build rapport with key decision makers at customer sites

• Solve customer concerns proactively and ensure quality

• Upsell additional products and services to grow accounts

• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory

Requirements:

• Valid unrestricted driver's license required

• High School diploma, GED, or Military Service

• Strong customer service orientation and self-motivation

• Ability to meet physical job requirements

• Positive attitude with ambition and teamwork spirit
